Who is this programme for?
This course is ideal for individuals that wish to be trained
in the emerging call centre industry. Students may possibly
also gain paid unpaid internship in UK in a professional
call centre, and can prosper their career in the arena of
customer services and BPO (business processes).
This qualification is intended for students who want to
pursue an executive or management career in a call handling
environment. This could also be a refresher course for
professionals already working in this rapidly expanding
international industry.
The course deals with Call Centre Techniques and offers
training in the specialist skills needed by call centre and
call handling operators in a range of business environments.

Entry requirement IELTS 5.5 (for non-English speaking
students), Bachelors degree in any subject from a recognized
University (equivalent to UK Bachelors degree) Non UK
degrees should be first class degrees. Applicants with
relevant two year work experience may be considered with an
appropriate professional qualification and / or second class
Bachelors degree.
Duration 12 Months (including three months internship)
